I ordered the remote control and am waiting forever. Received a code for a free month. I was unable to enter the code at checkout and was charged for the upgrade instead of being able to use it. The worst part is that my subscription costs me £49 per month, but downgrading it will now cost me £60 a month, £72 with tax.

Lost entire notes. Vanished into thin air and their customer support did not provide satisfactory answers to ensure that this will not happen again. Shame.

This software is a complete game changer and I'm so grateful to Tom and the team for creating it. I measure the quality of a company and product on the support I get, not if any issues ever occur. I can say with sincerity that any issues that have developed (not many mercifully) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and everyone I have needed to contact has been friendly and courteous but mostly effective!
